Job Summary
Maintain, design, and ensure the health of Honor's network infrastructure, including firewall and SD-WAN platforms supporting secure connectivity across the organization. Proactively identify areas for improvement and serve as the escalation point for advanced network troubleshooting involving WAN connectivity and routing policies. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for core network environments while collaborating with the cybersecurity team to implement controls meeting industry best practices. Innovate forward-thinking solutions and work with management on planning and implementation, utilizing Cisco and Microsoft products in a hybrid role requiring occasional on-site presence in Berrien Springs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification(s)
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
