Job Summary
Global network operations and design support for enterprise IT infrastructure. Design and implement infrastructure solutions for global operations, collaborate with business and product teams, and support 24/7 operations across regions including Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, with extension to EMEA and APAC. Responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining LAN/WAN/Wi‐Fi, troubleshooting performance issues, routine maintenance and upgrades, incident and service-request handling per SLAs, documenting configurations and diagrams, coordinating with global teams, and contributing to network design, security controls, and site deployments. The role involves guiding local and regional IT staff, participating in firewall/segmentation design, and providing after-hours support with limited travel. Qualifications emphasize seven years of network experience, information security, Cisco/Fortinet expertise, Windows/Linux/DNS/DHCP/NTP/Radius/Tacacs, ITIL-aligned operations, network monitoring, and strong communication skills. Certifications in networking are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in managing and configuring networks
- Experience in information security
- Working experience in a Global team and supporting Global customers
- Deep knowledge of network management (Cisco, Fortinet)
- Experience with Windows, Linux, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Radius and Tacacs
- Knowledge of SDWAN and Wireless technologies
- Experience in ITIL-based IT operations
- Working experience in network monitoring systems
- Ability to rack servers and networking devices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-organizes, collaborates and manages efforts with peers and across responsibilities
- Education: University or College Degree in technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- Certification in Networking
