Network Administrator

Install, configure, monitor, and maintain network and infrastructure systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless technologies, identity and access management platforms, cloud and hybrid environments, network cabling, and network security systems. Monitor network performance, availability, connectivity, and security while maintaining internet connectivity and wide area network services. Administer DNS, DHCP, WAN, internet services, web hosting, and domain registrations, and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, assist end users with support requests, and research, purchase, and support network hardware and software. Coordinate with vendors, arrange equipment repairs, and maintain documentation. Collaborate with the software development team and communicate status, security posture, and capacity planning to leadership. Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, vulnerability assessments, disaster recovery planning, and incident response.
