Network/Account Management Lead Associate responsible for initiating maintenance and strategy solutions for Centene Lines of Business, managing day-to-day client relationships, coordinating network changes and escalations, and leading cross-functional projects and initiatives. Collaborates with internal partners, analyzes client activity and performance, ensures risk management for client guarantees, and supports ongoing external partner collaboration. Requires strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel up to 5% for off-site meetings and webcasts. Preferred Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of delivering proactive client service and retention.
