Job Summary
Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, managing the lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through go-live and support. Translate business needs into effective configurations for inventory, production planning, and supply chain optimization by customizing modules for manufacturing, including work orders, multi-level bills of materials, routings, and demand/supply planning. Collaborate with cross-functional finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and process alignment while advising the Shwinco team on NetSuite best practices, governance, and continuous improvement. Requires deep understanding of manufacturing processes, strong business analysis skills, and experience with WMS and QMS.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the NetSuite platform
- Experience with key manufacturing functionalities such as work orders, BOMs, and production scheduling
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with advanced features like Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Quality Management System (QMS)
