Job Summary
Lead the NetSuite enhancement initiative to expand platform capabilities by integrating functionality from Basware, Kyriba, Maximo, and OATI. Manage a team of ten application professionals while partnering with PwC and stakeholders to align resources with the project plan. Define, develop, test, and implement third-party integrations using Workato to automate processes between NetSuite and key business systems throughout the ERP Software Development Life Cycle. Provide ongoing support for implementation, including process mapping, issue resolution, and SOX compliance documentation. Deliver training and end-user support to promote effective use of NetSuite functionality. This role requires 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, SuiteScript expertise, and NetSuite certifications. The candidate will work onsite 3-4 days per week as needed in Charlotte, NC, in a 12-month W2 contract.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience managing third-party integrations, with a specific emphasis on Basware, Kyreva, Landworks, Tax Procurement (PowerTax), Avalara, Onstream, Power BI, Hartigen Fiber Optics, Concur and CXL
- Expertise in SuiteScript for developing custom scripts and automating complex workflows within NetSuite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and operational solutions
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP, specifically in financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting
- Proven ability to lead and manage NetSuite implementation projects, from planning and design to deployment and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with executives, managers, and technical teams
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation and integration projects
- 5+ years of professional experience in a finance/accounting role or as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteScript Developer I, or SuiteScript Developer II
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Alteryx or similar tools for data extraction and transformation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
