Job Summary
Engage with customers to document and validate business requirements, then map them to NetSuite functionalities and customize the application to align with specific needs. Analyze diverse data factors to address complex challenges, manage data migration tasks for seamless transitions, and conduct walkthrough sessions to train customers on system usage. Collaborate with technical teams and Project Managers to design, test, and deliver customized solutions on time and within budget. Provide ongoing post-Go-Live support to address day-to-day concerns and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant
- Expertise in configuring and customizing the NetSuite application
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting customer training sessions and providing ongoing support in specialized areas
- Proficient in data migration tasks and post Go-Live support activities
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
