Lead and manage ERP and FSM project delivery from inception to completion, collaborating with clients to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines tailored to their specific needs. Guide cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and alignment, while identifying and evaluating unique project risks to implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure adherence to financial guidelines and industry standards. Maintain transparent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure all outputs meet expectations. You will work within the Business Advisory Team as a consultant, supporting implementations to optimize outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
