Job Summary
Lead NetSuite SuiteSuccess implementations and optimisation projects by owning functional configuration, performing complex system setups, and delivering quality sign-offs for custom solutions. Drive personalisation sessions across core process areas, manage data migration strategies, and conduct client walkthroughs to ensure smooth post-go-live transitions. Act as a subject matter expert to identify scope changes, provide functional estimates, and recommend best practices while collaborating with technical teams to deliver custom solutions. Manage project timelines, delegate tasks to junior consultants, and maintain up-to-date documentation using cloud-based project management tools. Ensure continuous alignment with the latest NetSuite release notes and SuiteSuccess methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience working in a NetSuite consultancy/implementation role
- 10+ end to end implementations in the Software or Services vertical
- Exposure to accounting & finance processes
- Exceptional knowledge of all core process areas (R2R, P2P, O2C, D2B)
- Experience leading a project team
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor & develop junior staff
- Self-starter, working autonomously providing updates where required
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent data migration skills including list data, transactional data, & ad-hoc data migration updates
- Thorough understanding of the cutover process between legacy systems & NetSuite
- Thorough understanding of the SuiteSuccess processes & methodology
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years implementing SuiteSuccess projects as a senior lead
