Job Summary
Implement and configure NetSuite Multi-Book Accounting to support parallel financial reporting for GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements. Design solutions aligning with corporate policies, collaborate with finance and audit teams on reporting needs, and perform gap analysis to re-engineer multi-book processes. Map and automate transactions across primary and secondary books while configuring settings for chart of accounts, currencies, and tax rules. Create financial reports, dashboards, and saved searches, then support data migration, training, testing, and go-live activities. Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements. Requires 3-5 years of NetSuite Multi-Book experience and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems
- 3-5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP
- specific hands-on experience in Multi-Book Accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, local statutory requirements)
- Familiarity with global consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency transactions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, tax, and IT teams
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation Certification
- Experience in a multinational organization or consultancy
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, VAT, GST)
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and advanced reporting tools
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld
