Netsuite Integration Developer (IpaaS) - Associate Director

Job Summary
As an Associate Director and iPaaS Integration Developer, you will be responsible for leading complex multi-system integrations and architectures, utilizing iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Celigo, Workato, or MuleSoft. Key responsibilities include designing, building, testing, deploying integrations, collaborating with functional consultants, and producing integration documentation. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in system integrations, strong knowledge of APIs, and possess a continuous learning mindset towards emerging technologies. You will also support unit and system testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and communicate effectively across project teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience developing system integrations using an iPaaS or middleware platform
- Experience integrating with multiple different systems, including APIs, data structures, and common business processes
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication methods, and data transformation concepts
- Experience working in implementation or consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite SuiteScript development experience (1.0 / 2.x)
- Experience with any of EDI, SFTP, SQL
- Experience integrating NetSuite with platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, Avalara, or other financial and operational systems
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer) or equivalent experience
- Exposure to private equity–backed, high-growth, or complex multi-system environments
