Job Summary
Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications for Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash operations. Create, retrieve, or update NetSuite records via APIs and support onboarding new applications requiring data exchange. Monitor integration activity, investigate processing errors, and develop dashboards to track status and operational metrics. Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and onboarding guides. Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications while ensuring secure access controls.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite development or integrations, including APIs, SuiteQL, NetSuite records, and authentication
- Experience developing or supporting integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications
- Familiarity with API integration, authentication, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting concepts
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively with multiple systems and stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based integration technologies and development tools
