Netsuite Implementation Lead

Own the strategy, deployment, and continuous optimization of Oracle NetSuite across finance, project accounting, and real estate functions. Lead end-to-end implementation projects including scoping, solution design, configuration, UAT, and go-live, while architecting core modules like General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting to reflect complex development workflows. Design advanced custom records, saved searches, KPI scorecards, and dashboards, then build sophisticated job costing frameworks and intercompany transaction workflows supporting multi-entity hierarchies and GAAP compliance. Manage enterprise data migrations, define data governance policies, and execute integrations with platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Procore, and lender portals. Build structured change management and training programs across finance, accounting, and construction teams, acting as the senior internal subject matter expert. Partner with CFO and Controller to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and manage external implementation partners.
