Job Summary
Provide NetSuite consulting expertise using industry experience and business analysis to facilitate complex client requirements. Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new and existing customers to determine configuration needs. Assist with leading consulting engagements including high-level process analysis, recommendations, and transactional flow analysis. Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer requests while identifying out-of-scope items and setting expectations. Perform or delegate data migration services including cleansing, file manipulation, and mapping. Deliver training and consulting services onsite and web-based. Attend initial Business Requirements Documentation and lead specific process areas. Maintain process diagrams, documents, and leading practices for NetSuite configuration. Work with customers to define user-acceptance-testing scenarios and guide them through change management. Achieve master level competency in the NetSuite core product. Assist sales team with product demonstrations for prospects. Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients. Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership to identify compliant opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of professional services experience
- minimum of 2 years in business process analysis and solution design
- emphasis on Accounting and Finance
- Experience leading and/or participating in 5–10 multi-phased NetSuite ERP implementations or service engagements
- Experience in capturing critical meeting information
- Experience in documentation organization
- Experience in recap
- Experience in effectively managing multiple schedules and tasks
- Ability to handle a dynamic environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in leading client-facing engagements
- Experience in working within the framework of a scope of work
- Ability to develop and maintain team and client relationships
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation
Desired Qualifications
- CPA qualification preferred
- actively working towards CPA designation
- NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
- equivalent experience to certifications
