Job Summary
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on all NetSuite matters, defining objectives for work packets and ensuring alignment before completion. Configure and optimize core processes including Order to Cash, Design to Build, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report while providing guidance on customization specifications for the development team. Maintain expert-level knowledge of NetSuite, including new releases, and support clients in areas such as WMS, Manufacturing (Mobile), SCM, Demand Planning, SuiteBilling, and ARM. Deliver solutions that maximize client investment and achieve business goals while managing multiple short-term deliverables with proper documentation and communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of strong NetSuite functional experience
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Advanced Manufacturing
- RF-SMART
- Work in Process (WIP) and Routings
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Demand Planning
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Quality Management System (QMS)
- Standard Costing
- Experience in system configuration, requirements gathering, and client-facing projects
- Familiarity with workflows, custom fields, and basic financial processes (e.g., electronic bank payments)
- Fast-paced delivery mindset suitable for Managed Services projects

- Exposure to both implementation and managed services environments
- Background in Supply Chain or Manufacturing industry processes
