Job Summary
Lead SuiteSuccess implementations and optimisation projects by owning functional configuration, performing complex system setups, and executing list and transactional data migrations. Drive personalisation sessions across R2R, P2P, O2C, and D2B areas while conducting client walkthroughs and training sessions to embed change. Act as a subject matter expert to translate client processes into NetSuite solutions, identify scope changes, and provide functional estimates for customisations. Collaborate with technical services and QA teams to scope and document custom solutions, ensuring quality checks and sign-off prior to releases. Manage documentation in project management software and deliver functional configurations across multiple projects while adhering to strict quality standards.
