Job Summary
Netsuite Business Systems Engineer responsible for customization and optimization of Veev’s NetSuite environment across multiple process areas, including end-to-end solutions for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Design to Build. Key duties include building and deploying NetSuite customizations with SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, integrating with HubSpot, Ignition MES, and BuildPro via REST APIs, leveraging AI tools for workflow automation, conducting system audits and governance, ensuring multi-book/multi-currency/global compatibility, maintaining stability during deployments, partnering with accounting/finance/procurement/manufacturing to design high-performance workflows, guiding UAT and platform rollouts, supporting inventory and MRP optimization, and communicating system health and automation opportunities to stakeholders. Must-have qualifications emphasize a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of NetSuite development/architecture, SuiteScript expertise, API integrations, workflow design, and NetSuite/Suite Cloud platform knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of NetSuite development and architecture
- Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0
- Proficiency in integrating NetSuite with third-party tools using Restlet, REST web services, and Suitelet
- Experience designing and implementing workflows
- Experience with NetSuite JavaScript API and Suite Cloud platforms (Suite Script, Suite Commerce, Suite Talk, Suite Flow)
- NetSuite ERP and OneWorld knowledge
