Job Summary
Lead NetSuite implementation projects from discovery through go-live, designing integrations between external systems using SuperSync and SuiteTalk. Develop and customize SuiteScripts for automation, configure solutions, and provide technical consulting on data migration and troubleshooting. Conduct training sessions, create documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations while delivering tailored configurations to clients. Stay current with NetSuite updates to recommend optimizations and support existing integrations. This client-facing role bridges the gap between our integration platform and client ERPs, requiring strong communication skills to build relationships and empower clients for self-sufficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementations, integrations, or consulting
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite architecture, modules (e.g., Financials, Order to Cash, Inventory, etc), and customization tools
- Proven experience integrating external systems with NetSuite using SuiteTalk, APIs, or middleware
- Hands-on expertise in SuiteScript development for custom business logic and automation
- Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes in an ERP context
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Desired Qualifications
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or Integration Specialist)
- Familiarity with other ecommerce systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) for multi-system integrations
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and web development basics
