Job Summary
NetSuite Functional Consultant, Senior role focused on leading financial process transformations. Responsible for designing and implementing complex ERP solutions, configuring NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Consolidation, Intercompany), architecting data migration strategies, and validating cleansing/transformation rules. Own project governance with QA/test planning, lead User Acceptance Testing, manage scope and risks, and oversee go-live/post-implementation stabilization (30-60 days). Develop training programs and document best practices; mentor junior team members on NetSuite capabilities. Travel on-site as needed (approximately 30%). Fluency in English required; Dutch preferred for client interaction. Experience: 3 years NetSuite ERP, 3+ full-cycle implementations, strong financial process configuration background, enterprise software implementation experience. Skills: NetSuite module design/configuration, data migration, strong communication/presentation, ability to lead technical discussions, collaborate with multicultural teams, self-directed project management. Location: Netherlands; remote option available.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of NetSuite ERP experience
- 3+ full-cycle implementations
- Proven experience in financial process configuration (GL, AR, AP, Consolidation, or Intercompany accounting)
- Background in enterprise software implementation, preferably in financial/accounting systems
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Fluent in Dutch preferred for client interaction
- NetSuite financial module design and configuration
- Data migration architecture and validation
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members
- Proven ability to work effectively with multicultural teams
- Self-directed with proven ability to manage complex projects independently
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant
- Experience with SuiteSuccess implementation methodology
- Experience with SuiteProjects, ARM, or Subscription Management configuration
- System integration and architecture knowledge
- CPA or bachelor degree
