Job Summary
NetSuite Analyst at Blackline Safety responsible for day-to-day ERP operations, troubleshooting, end-user support, upgrades, and ensuring seamless NetSuite functionality to meet business needs. Works with Finance, Sales, Manufacturing and Purchasing; serves as primary NetSuite support contact; analyzes requirements, optimizes configurations, provides training, develops user-friendly interfaces, coordinates with related teams, supports data transformations, and participates in change management and quarterly compliance activities. Builds relationships with NetSuite vendors and tracks release updates and new features; supports automated jobs and data transformations while translating business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or post-secondary technical diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems (asset)
- Certification in Oracle NetSuite (nice to have)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems or similar role
- Experience with line of business applications and manufacturing processes (preferred)
