Job Summary
Admin the NetSuite ERP platform by managing user setup, roles, permissions, custom records, and dashboards while maintaining data integrity through regular audits. Design, implement, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and payment gateways, resolving data discrepancies and documenting architecture. Lead NetSuite-related projects from conception to completion, defining scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to drive process improvements and new module implementations. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation while monitoring system performance to optimize functionality and adoption. Fully remote position with UK working hours from 9am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator
- Demonstrable experience with NetSuite integrations
- Familiarity with common integration methods (e.g., SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SOAP web services)
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato)
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to lead and deliver complex NetSuite projects
- Project Management certification
- Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (specifically Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
- Proficiency in creating custom workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
