NetSuite Administrator

Job Summary
Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite instance, managing user roles, permissions, and access while ensuring stability and security. Lead change management processes, document impacts, and collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system configurations. Design custom solutions using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, develop API integrations with third-party systems, and create optimized workflows and dashboards. Execute data migrations, conduct QA testing for enhancements, and provide end-user training and documentation. Partner with IT Operations to resolve incidents and evaluate ITGC gaps for compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) administrating NetSuite and Operational & Functional support for Finance & Accounting related applications
- Strong understanding of Netsuite modules and their integration with business processes
- Must have a NetSuite Administrator Certificate
- Experience designing, implementing, and executing IT general computer controls to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly autonomous and pragmatic
- Open-minded and very positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable in dealing with change and complexity
- Self-confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as to receive and give feedback to improve the team and yourself
- Leadership: Taking the initiative and demonstrating your ability to lead a subject from beginning to end

- Must be genuinely based in the location the role is posted
- Must be willing to relocate for the right person
Desired Qualifications
- A plus: Experience with third-party integrations such as Salesforce CPQ, Pigment, Aptitude, Stripe, and procurement tools
- Experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), JavaScript and familiarity with RESTlet/SOAP APIs for custom development and integrations
