Net Working Capital Analyst, EMEA

Job Summary
Maintain and enhance EMEA Net Working Capital reporting, trackers, and action plans, ensuring updates are accurate, complete, and delivered to agreed timelines. Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs with commentary on key movements, cash impact, risks, and required follow-up actions, while supporting market reviews by capturing actions and escalating material issues. Analyze aged debtor, accrued revenue, and unbilled media balances to identify credit risk and billing delays, contributing to quarterly balance sheet and provision reviews. Monitor MODA commentary completion in line with REG14.1, reviewing submissions for completeness and consistency. Improve dashboards, trend files, and analysis templates to support reporting and decision-making, while driving process improvement and working capital awareness across finance and commercial teams. Work closely with the EMEA NWC Manager, Reporting team, FP&A, Agencies Commercial teams, and Trading Teams to challenge data and support cash discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Part-qualified accountant, qualified by experience, or working towards a recognised finance qualification such as CIMA, ACA or ACCA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, investigate variances and explain key movements clearly
- Relevant experience in finance, working capital, credit control, commercial finance, media agency or shared services environment
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFS, data cleansing, reconciliations, variance analysis and working with large financial data sets
- Confident user of PowerPoint with the ability to prepare clear, concise reporting packs for finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with market finance teams, regional stakeholders and non-finance colleagues
- Proactive, curious and solution-focused, with a willingness to investigate issues and follow through to resolution
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when working with financial data and market commentary
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise work during month-end, quarter-end and reporting cycles
- Confident to challenge constructively, ask questions and escalate risks where appropriate
- Collaborative working style, with a desire to build relationships across regional and market finance teams
- Continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in improving reporting quality, process discipline and working capital awareness
- Right to work in the UK

- Power Query experience
- Experience using Power BI, SAP BFC/Cartesis or similar financial reporting systems or dashboard tools
