Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC. Build RESTful APIs, develop responsive front-end interfaces with JavaScript and Bootstrap, and optimize database solutions using SQL Server. Deploy and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure while managing CI/CD pipelines and source control via Azure DevOps. Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability by implementing secure coding practices and security controls. Troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in C#
- Experience with .NET Core
- Expertise in ASP.NET MVC
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with jQuery and jQuery UI
- Experience with Bootstrap 2+ and responsive web design
- Hands-on experience building and consuming ASP.NET Web APIs
- Understanding of REST principles and API security
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016+
- Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and optimize performance
- Experience with Entity Framework (Code First and Database First approaches)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, repositories, and release management
- Strong understanding of application security principles
- Experience implementing: Authentication and Authorization
- Experience implementing: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Experience implementing: OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect
- Experience implementing: Secure API development
- Experience implementing: OWASP Top 10 best practices
- Experience implementing: Data encryption and secure data handling
- Experience implementing: Vulnerability assessment and remediation
- 8+ years of experience in web application development using Microsoft technologies
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications and APIs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-native application development
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and code quality tools
- Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
