Job Summary
Lead and manage a small team of developers for application delivery and support while providing hands-on development using Microsoft .NET technologies. Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on business requirements, review code to enforce coding standards, and participate in architecture discussions, effort estimations, and technical planning. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and performance standards. Mentor junior developers, support technical skill development, and drive Agile/Scrum development practices within sprint activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 7–10 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies
- Proven experience leading or managing small technical teams
- C#
- ASP.NET / .NET Core
- Web APIs / RESTful Services
- SQL Server
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in solution design, system integration, and application architecture
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
- Experience in enterprise application development
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization
- Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience
