Job Summary
Net Revenue Manager – MSB leads end-to-end management of Gross-to-Net (G2N) investments across Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei, driving trade spend governance, pricing governance, and promotional investment tracking. Responsibilities include chairing quarterly governance forums for compliance and audit readiness, developing Local Sales Operating Processes (LSOPs) to strengthen ROI management, owning Trade Promotion Management (TPM) including planning, tracking, and post-promotion analysis with retail partners, partnering with Finance to build dashboards and analytics for spend tracking and performance, providing insights to strengthen Net Revenue Management (NRM) strategies, serving as the key contact for TSM/TCM systems ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency, driving digital and process improvements with Tech and CBIA teams, maintaining customer trading terms and commercial records, and monitoring distributor and market inventory to align with commercial norms.
Required Qualifications
