Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings, tailoring sessions to unique needs. Collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development. Work in-home in Locust Grove, GA, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Sessions last up to 3-4 hours per case with no weekend work. The role includes access to company-issued tablets, client reinforcers, and an educational platform for engagement, alongside monthly mental health check-ins and professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 40 hour training
- ability to discuss ABA content
- display of critical thinking skills
- Valid RBT certification
- Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
- Proficiency in collecting data
- writing comprehensive session notes
- Comfort working in various settings
- Comfort working with different clients
