Net Loft Shop Superintendent

Oversee daily operations of the Net Loft fabrication shop and yard, supervising recruitment and development of technicians and trade professionals, ensuring safety and adherence to the PNP Safety Health and Environmental Plan. Read fabrication drawings, select materials, and manage labor hours and materials in SAP ERP. Participate in estimating (man hours and materials) and BOM reviews; collaborate with Estimating and Installation Engineer to resolve design fabrication challenges. Enforce safety programs; lead monthly safety meetings and oversee Job Hazard Analyses with crew involvement. Train, coach, and mentor staff; conduct QA/QC documentation and ensure final QC inspections prior to shop release. Maintain inventory in SAP B1 and timecards in Paylocity; provide daily briefings to leadership and participate in performance evaluations. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to maximize production while meeting safety and budget targets.
