Job Summary
Senior-level .NET Lead responsible for backend application development using C#, with an emphasis on software design, architecture, testability, and CI/CD. Requires 10+ years of experience, strong understanding of design patterns, and ability to articulate concepts with the team. Role involves writing high-quality, scalable code, evaluating implementation decisions, and contributing to test cases. The position is hybrid, combining virtual work with a minimum of two in-person days at a TransUnion office location per week, based in Chennai, India. Strong educational background (Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or related field) and excellent communication skills are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of real-world backend application development
- Sr level C# position with proven experience applying software design and architecture principles
- Bachelor's and/or Masters in Computer Science or related field
- Strong fundamental understanding of C# principles, Design Patterns, and OOP/functional design
- Experience with programming, testability, CI/CD and deployment with C# technologies
- Experience with Git and/or Subversion (version control)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
