Job Summary
Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions using ASP.NET Core, C#, and design patterns to develop web-based client/server applications. Supervise junior developers in an agile environment, drive best practice adoption, and lead technical teams across multiple locations. Communicate with business leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders regarding progress, capabilities, and enhancement status. Assist in packaging finished software products for client delivery while supporting sales efforts through technical discussions. Manage large projects following established standards and quality processes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Exposure to one or more cloud/front-end/NoSQL technologies
- Strong hands-on skills developing software using OOP concepts, architecture, and design
- The successful candidate should be analytical and detail-oriented, team-oriented, and capable of working independently
- 8+ years of experience developing web-based client/server applications
- 4+ years of experience supervising development teams and mentoring junior team members
- Experience working with Microsoft's ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and ASP.NET Core Framework, particularly using C#
- Proficient in Micro
