.NET FullStack Developer (with React or Angular)

Job Summary
Senior .NET FullStack Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend. Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas. Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems. Develop and support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into tech solutions. Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, etc.). Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions. Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements. Support claims processing workflows and ensure data integrity across the claims lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong proficiency in .NET / C#
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular)
- Solid experience with SQL Server (query optimization and database design)
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations
- Proficient understanding of Git or similar versioning tools
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards, particularly HL7 (ADT, ORM, ORU)
- Understanding of claims processing concepts (837/835 transactions, adjudication workflows)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
