Job Summary
Contribute to digital claims intake product and platform development: use technical and domain expertise to develop and improve digital claims intake solutions. Build and strengthen high-quality platform capabilities used across the Nordics supporting private, commercial, and industrial claims journeys. Design and implement back-end solutions using C#, .NET, and REST APIs, in an agile, cross-functional team to ensure reliable, scalable services. Occasional front-end contributions as part of a full-stack approach using React/TypeScript as needed. Deliver end-to-end backend-focused development aligned with related systems, while maintaining code quality through unit tests and PR workflows. This role sits in Cure Tribe’s platform squad, focused on evolving digital solutions for multiple countries and customer types. Qualifications include several years of professional software development, strong C#/.NET expertise, REST API design, database experience (SQL Server/NoSQL with Entity Framework), and English communication skills; bonus points for frontend experience, Azure, Terraform/Bicep, and AI-assisted development tools. Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional software development experience (mid to senior level)
- Strong back-end development skills in C# and .NET, with hands-on experience in modern .NET versions (ideally .NET 8 or .NET 10)
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, and common design patterns
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs with ASP.NET Core
- Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases, including Entity Framework
- Experience integrating third-party services via APIs
- Commitment to code quality, including unit testing, code reviews, and pull request workflows with Git
- Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills for daily collaboration with international clients and colleagues
- Nice to Have Front-end experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript, along with a basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with Azure Cloud services and CI/CD pipelines, including Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep
- Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience
