Job Summary
We’re seeking a .NET Developer to join a growing technology company in Irvine as a Hybrid Full Stack Web Developer. You will focus on building and maintaining web applications, with emphasis on middle-tier business logic, API development, and owning projects from concept through completion. Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of experience in full stack or backend development in Microsoft-based environments, strong C# and .NET skills (including API development and business logic layers), and experience with SQL Server and relational databases. The role requires ownership of projects from start to finish, proactive problem solving, and a collaborative, self-driven mindset. Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in full stack or backend-focused development within Microsoft-based environments
- Strong experience with C# and .NET, including building APIs and business logic layers
- Experience working with SQL Server and relational databases
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects, build solutions end-to-end, and stay proactive without heavy oversight
- Exposure to modern development tools, including AI-assisted workflows
