Job Summary
Lead technical design on scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET 6/7/8, Azure, and containerization tools within an Agile environment. Develop and maintain applications, design APIs and microservices, and integrate cloud-native components while ensuring code quality through unit testing and TDD practices. Collaborate with architects, testers, and product owners to drive delivery excellence, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and mentor junior developers. This six-month hybrid contract in Kraków offers the opportunity to shape architectural decisions and contribute to business transformation in the fintech sector.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core and C#
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API and modern .NET versions (6/7/8)
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Kafka)
- Expertise in API development and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and Service Fabric
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit)
- Strong understanding of integration testing and test-driven development
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Active participation in Agile and Scrum methodologies
