Job Summary
Drive end-to-end execution and operational excellence in Distribution Center Operations, translating national strategy into roadmaps for fulfillment, facilities, flight, and call center teams. Lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee shift planning, and manage resource allocation to ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery across the continent. Own nest-level Cost of Goods Sold and Operating Expenses, leveraging data to identify inefficiencies, implement cost-saving initiatives, and maintain a sustainable P&L. Forecast operational needs to meet demand growth, develop risk mitigation strategies, and pilot new systems to drive scalability. Collaborate with Customer Experience, Engineering, and Product teams to enable operational readiness and contribute to country-wide business reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or operations leadership
- Proven track record of scaling operations, leading large teams, and delivering measurable improvements in cost, quality, and service
- Ability to think about long-term sustainability
