Job Summary
Support development and implementation of the NERC compliance program and internal controls, including evidence collection, management, and compilation of compliance reports. Perform compliance filings and submittals, with a focus on Generator Owner requirements for solar generating facilities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in NERC GO Compliance, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Hybrid reporting to Morrisville, NC, with occasional travel to solar facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience in NERC GO Compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and planning abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Self-starter able to work independently without continuous oversight
- Ability to occasionally travel to solar facilities or meetings
