Job Summary
Provide superior customer service while facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient community in medical, legal, and customer service settings. Adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct, including strict confidentiality standards, and follow all industry-specific policies and interpretation protocols. Complete required training and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring. Full fluency in English and Vietnamese is required, along with 2+ years of professional interpreting experience.
