Job Summary
Nephrology Dietitian I will assess patients with kidney disease, educate patients and families on nutrition, develop individualized nutrition plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, monitor responses to therapeutic nutrition, and support growth and professional development within Satellite Healthcare. Responsibilities include clinical nutrition assessment, patient and family education, and contributing to care plans to improve health, well-being, and quality of life for nephrology patients. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, successful completion of a dietetic internship/supervised practice, and RD licensure per state requirements (CDR credential). The role is full-time and based in San Jose, CA. Benefits are provided for full-time and part-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of dietetic internship/supervised practice
- Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- License required in states with Dietitian licensure (TX, TN)
