Job Summary
Nephrologist sought for private practice in the suburbs of Louisville, KY. Responsibilities include CKD and dialysis patient care at DaVita dialysis centers, hospital rounds, and outpatient clinic visits. Outpatient hours are Monday–Thursday 9:00am–3:30pm and a half day Friday 8:00am–12:00pm. Call is 1:3 (primarily phone consults). J1 visa waiver sponsor; Fellow candidates will be considered. Partnership eligible (2 years/negotiable). Total compensation package up to $350k with base guarantee up to $250k, plus productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits (medical, PTO, 401k, CME, malpractice insurance).
