Job Summary
Nephrologist needed for locum tenens coverage in Michigan. Inpatient nephrology coverage at a Level I facility with 10-hour in-house day shifts and 24-hour weekend call. Board-certified nephrologist will manage inpatient nephrology cases and provide consultations for adult patients, with prescriptive authority and on-site support from 3 APPs. Assignment is on-site in Midland, MI, with ongoing locum coverage as ASAP start. Responsibilities include managing inpatient nephrology patients, responding to urgent needs during assigned periods, and ensuring continuous nephrology coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Nephrology
- Prescriptive authority required
- Inpatient nephrology experience
