Nephrologist position with a physician group at CommonSpirit Mountain Region. Responsibilities include providing nephrology services at or above standard practice, maintaining DEA registration, medical staff privileges, and an unrestricted medical license. Requires completion of residency/fellowship in nephrology, MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility, and adherence to AMA ethics and hospital credentialing standards. Required Qualifications
- Residency or fellowship completed in nephrology
- Unrestricted DEA registration
- Board certification or eligible in nephrology (board acceptable to Hospital)
- Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system at sponsoring institution
- Doctorate MD or DO
- Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state
