Job Summary
Nephrologist needed to join Waldo Hospital’s regional Nephrology team to provide acute and chronic kidney care in Coastal Maine. Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered nephrology care alongside supportive staff, utilizing Epic EMR, and collaborating with colleagues across Pen Bay Hospital and Waldo Hospital. Ideal candidate will treat kidney diseases, work in a collegial atmosphere, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Qualifications include MD/DO from an accredited medical school, ME medical license (or ability to obtain), board certification/eligibility, and DEA license (or ability to obtain). Belfast, Maine offers a scenic coastal setting with four-season recreation, strong community amenities, and access to regional facilities.
