Job Summary
Neonatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support in an inpatient NICU setting. Schedule options include 12-hour shifts (8a-8p or 8p-8a) or 24-hour shifts (8a-8a or 8p-8p), with 2-3 shifts per week. Procedures and care duties include arterial puncture, endotracheal intubation, umbilical line placement, thoracocentesis and chest tube insertion, and lumbar puncture. Credentialing timeframe is 60–90 days. EMR: EPIC. Certifications required: Board Certified and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Licensure required: New Jersey. AMN Healthcare provides malpractice insurance arrangements and handles travel, lodging, rentals, and transportation needs. Location: Freehold, NJ, US.
