Conduct Level 3 NICU rounding with call coverage from a hotel, supported by onsite NNP's. Maintain board certification and an active Texas license while managing at least one year of neonatology experience. This per diem role includes travel expense coverage for out-of-area staff and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
