Neonatologist

Provide per diem coverage at Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center's Level-III NICU, managing a daily census of 16-19 patients across 20 beds with 6 overflow capacity. Support a team of neonatal nurses while coordinating care for high-acuity infants, with access to on-site subspecialties in pediatric ID, neurology, cardiology, pulmonary, and ophthalmology. Schedule includes 24-hour rounds plus call, allowing coverage of up to 7 consecutive days. Board certification in neonatology with recent experience and an active Georgia license are required.
