Job Summary
Neonatologist needed to provide in-house coverage for Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO. The role requires a BC/BE neonatologist to join a team of BC neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners across NICUs, including a Level-IIIB NICU with advanced ventilator support (iNO, HFOV, HFJV) and therapeutic hypothermia, plus a regional perinatal referral center. The main unit offers 24/7 in-house coverage with NNPs and includes multiple NICUs with out-of-house coverage supported by telehealth. Active involvement in quality improvement initiatives is expected, with opportunities to pursue individual areas of interest. Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are provided.
