Job Summary
Neonatologist leading and providing collaborative care in a Level III NICU and newborn nursery at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center. Attend high-risk deliveries, participate in perinatal team care, mentor nursing and respiratory therapy staff, and help shape clinical protocols and growth strategies for a developing NICU program. Role supports a week-on/week-off schedule with in-house NNP coverage and opportunities for moonlighting; collaborate with two neonatologists and a team of neonatal nurse practitioners. Located in Fredericksburg, VA with in-house OB hospitalist support and a robust benefits package.
