Job Summary
Neonatologist to provide in-house coverage for Saint Luke's Health System's NICUs in Kansas City, MO. The role requires a BC/BE neonatologist to join a team of BC neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners for 24/7 in-house coverage across Saint Luke's NICUs, including a Level-IIIB NICU with advanced ventilatory support (iNO, HFOV, HFJV), therapeutic hypothermia, and an ELGAN program. The main unit operates with 24/7 NNP coverage and supports telehealth for out-of-house sites and regional delivery. Active participation in the practice's QI initiatives is expected.
