Job Summary
Full-time Neonatologist faculty position in the Division of Neonatology, Albany Medical College and Albany Medical Center. The role involves clinical care in a busy 60-bed NICU, teaching Fellows and residents, and participation in quality collaboratives (VON, patient safety, pediatric associations). Opportunities include research areas such as ventilator management, neuro-NICU, HIE, and obesity impact on neonatal outcomes, as well as involvement in a high-risk perinatal unit with transport services. Competitive base salary ($240k–$250k) with incentive bonus, robust sign-on and relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, CME allowance, and retirement plan. Required Qualifications
- board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist
- MD or DO degree
- Fellowship in Neonatology or equivalent training
- Eligibility for academic appointment at Albany Medical College
