Neonatal Physician Assistant

Neonatal Physician Assistant sought to join a physician-led, multispecialty group with a 650+ provider network. The role supports a Level III NICU in Boise and a Level II NICU in Nampa, with responsibilities including attending high-risk deliveries, co-managing NICU patients with neonatologists, and participating in multidisciplinary rounds with active management across nutrition, ventilation, labs, radiology, and family updates. The team operates with 16-hour in-house NNP coverage in Boise (4pm-8am) and 24-hour shifts in Nampa (minimum 4 hours onsite, with on-call periods), with a target of 1.0 FTE (10 shifts per month). Ideal candidates will have completed a PA program with neonatal fellowship/residency (or 3+ years NICU experience), PA-C certification, current Idaho DEA/licensure, and privileges at SARMC and SAMC. The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, teamwork, transformational care, patient-centered service, teaching, and staff education within a growing multispecialty environment.
